Operating modes

You find the operating mode switch in the main-window on the right edge of the screen. A distinction is made between the operating modes Manual manual and Automatic automatic.
After starting the programme the LisRT application is usually in Manual mode. In this operating mode, individual modules (e.g. power supply units, multimeter, script) can be tested in manual mode.

Switching the Operating mode

To be able to switch to automatic mode all conditions for the operating mode change must be fulfilled. These conditions usually include:

  1. The station is fully initialised, see module tree

  2. A typefile is loaded

  3. The loaded Python script project (of type .lsproj) is released, or alternatively, the logged-in user has permission to run unapproved script projects.

As long as these conditions for switching the operating mode are not fulfilled, the button for automatic mode automatic is greyed out and not active.
When switching to automatic mode the automatic window comes to the forefront of the picture.

Start Automatic mode

An automatic programme sequence can be executed.

If an error occurs during the automatic programme sequence an error message is generated and the operating mode is changed to manual mode.
